Art Deco Glazed Faience Vase
The mark visible on the underside of the base appears to read Amphora Czechoslovakia, a manufacturer well known for its decorative ceramics inspired by the Art Deco movement.

The decoration of this vase is particularly characteristic:

geometric mosaic-style frieze in cobalt blue and pink,
white crackle-glaze ground,
stylised crab and seaweed motifs evoking the marine world,
raised cloisonné enamels,
dominant blue, green and coral palette, highly decorative.
The overall character suggests a production from the 1920s–1930s, in the spirit of artistic ceramics.
