Glazed Ceramic Lamp with Glass Inclusions – 1970s Work
Large table lamp in thrown ceramic, baluster form with a wide handle, created in a brutalist and studio craft spirit of the 1970s.

The surface features a beautifully nuanced brown glaze with kiln-firing effects, highlighted by delicate vertical drips. The body is pierced with circular perforations and decorated with four wide panels filled with fused coloured glass inclusions in amber, green, blue and orange tones. When lit, the lamp diffuses a warm light that beautifully enhances these translucent inclusions.

Electrical fittings in place (operation to be verified in accordance with the standards in force in the country of use).

A decorative creation of fine quality, characteristic of European ceramic production of the 1970s, equally at home in a vintage or contemporary interior.

Condition: very good state of preservation, no cracks or restorations observed. A few traces of use consistent with age.
