Art Deco oak enfilade sideboard, in the taste of Maurice Dufrêne

Art Deco period oak sideboard enfilade, in the taste of Maurice Dufrêne's creations, dating from the 1930s.

This piece features the clean, architectural lines characteristic of the Art Deco period, enhanced by beautiful stylized carved decoration on the central doors.

The façade is adorned with fluted columns framing two door panels decorated with geometric floral motifs in shallow relief, joined by an elegant carved garland.

The buffet opens to reveal:

two central doors opening onto a shelved interior,
two lateral drawers concealed within the upper rounded sections,
as well as open lateral shelves offering a pleasing decorative balance.
The top is fitted with a superb marble slab in cream and green tones, perfectly integrated with the rounded forms of the piece.

Exceptional quality of craftsmanship, with dovetail joinery visible on the drawers.

Beautiful warm patina on the oak.
