Charles X period dressing table in rosewood veneer with satinwood marquetry inlay.
This dressing table features a psyche with a pivoting mirror framed by a swan-neck surround, adorned with a delicate garland of foliage. The frieze drawer is enriched with marquetry decoration of stringing, foliage and scrolls,
opening to reveal a light wood interior fitted with a writing surface covered in blue leather and storage compartments.
The top is fitted with a white marble surface.
The whole rests on substantial feet with scroll console supports revealing a concave base, likewise ornamented with satinwood inlay and palmettes.
Complete with castors and its original key.
