Louis XVI-style bedroom suite stamped Georges Guerin à Paris, comprising a wardrobe, a bed and a bedside table. Richly decorated with marquetry and gilt bronze mounts.
Early 20th century.

The wardrobe opens with three doors: the central door features a bevelled glass mirror, flanked on each side by two bow-fronted wooden doors. Each door reveals shelving on five levels. The central section can be converted into a hanging wardrobe.

Bed for a 190/140 cm mattress.
Bedside table topped with a marble surface. Interior in white marble.
Stamps to the back of the wardrobe and on the bed frame. A metal plaque reading "Georges Guérin Fabricant Meubles-Tapisserie 10-14 Faubourg Saint Antoine Paris" on the shelf with two drawers.
