Two-body library - nineteenth

Two-body bookcase in Renaissance style solid oak.
Its upper part is capped with a molded cornice and carved. It is composed of 4 narrow doors glazed in carved and molded ogives with scalloped uprights.
These 2 pairs of doors lock with a lock up and down and the interior is lined with 6 shelves adjustable on racks.
Below, the library opens with 2 drawers closing with a common central lock.
The whole rests on the lower part, opening by 4 full doors panneautées and moldings locking by lock up and down. The interior is lined with a shelf on each side, placed on fixed brackets.
The sides and the back are paneled and it rests on 2 feet balls flattened in the front and 2 feet right in the back.
Removable in 2 elements.
Period: Late nineteenth.

Perfect condition after restoration, stripping and waxed patina in our workshop.

Inner depth high: 30,5 cm.
Lower part :
Width 170 cm - Depth 60.5 cm - Height 79.5 cm
