Pendulum Napoléon III "JAPY FILS" - XIXth

Napoleon III clock in blackened wood.
It is decorated with inlays of nets and brass plates and scales tinged with green, pink, red, blue and white.
The dial lined with a wreath of brass flowers is black Roman numerals on a white background.
Its 4 twisted columns are banded up and down of brass repoussé.
The mechanism is numbered 8838 and stamped "JAPY FILS - EXPOS 18.55 - MEDALS - 1844-1849".
Period: Middle nineteenth.

Very good state. Has been revised; is in working order.

Width 25 cm - Depth 14.5 cm - Height 50 cm.
Diameter dial 14.5 cm.
