Prie-Dieu spirit armchair Charles X - nineteenth

Chair prayer-god of ownership in the spirit Charles X solid mahogany of Cuba.
All his skeleton is carved and molded and has a mechanism to tilt the backrest to give the chair, a position of prie-god.
The seat, the backrest and the hand rest are covered with a red leather in very good condition studded with the edges.
It rests on 2 feet in X in the "Curule" spirit molded and carved with a round medallion in the center and a sheet of Acanthus at each end.
Period: Second half nineteenth.

Perfect condition after restoration, stripping and waxed patina in our workshop.
