Louis XVI style bureau plat in walnut, 20th century.
It opens with four drawers (double drawer on the right) and two pull-out slides on each side.
It rests on four gadroon-wrapped legs ending in bronze sabots.
Visible on all sides, the back simulates a drawer front.
Bronze escutcheons.
Lock on each drawer, each functioning with its own key (four keys).
The top is covered in its original red leather adorned with a gilt tooled frieze and a central ornament.
Please note: minor condition-consistent wear to the leather, visible in the photographs.
