An elegant Chinese-inspired bar cabinet in carved wood, richly decorated on all sides with animated relief scenes depicting figures, pagodas, bridges, and traditional landscapes. The finely carved panels bear witness to a remarkable standard of cabinetmaking, in the manner of Asian productions from the mid-20th century.

Particularly ingenious in its design, this cabinet opens fully to reveal an interior fitted for drink service. The drop-down front panel uncovers a preparation surface with a mirrored back and glass holders, while the two side flaps fold out to form additional shelving. The lower section, accessible via two doors, is fitted with compartments for bottle storage. Together, these elements provide a service area that is both highly practical and visually striking.

Resting on four carved feet, the cabinet retains a fine original patina. Some traces of age and wear are noted on the rear face, with no bearing on its structural integrity or its appearance when displayed.
