Description
Pair of Directoire-style armchairs in painted wood, upholstered in Aubusson tapestry. The woodwork is in good condition, though the upholstery shows some wear, particularly on the seat cushions. The tapestry on the backs is in good condition. Some restoration of the seating will be required. The model is quite elegant with its sabre-shaped, fluted rear legs.
