19th-century solid pine buffet

Elegant solid pine buffet dating from the 19th century, displaying a beautiful warm honey patina that enhances the natural grain of the wood.

The front opens with two drawers in the upper section and two moulded doors below, revealing a storage space fitted with a shelf. The restrained, well-balanced façade is enhanced by drop iron handles and fine cut-iron escutcheons, lending a touch of elegance to the whole.

The overhanging top, straight uprights and flattened bun feet give this piece harmonious proportions. Its shallow depth makes it easy to integrate into an entrance hall, dining room or kitchen.

Sound, stable and in very fine condition, retaining its pleasing original patina. Functional lock with its key. The interiors are painted.
