Napoléon III Bureau à Caissons in the Louis XVI Style, Late 19th Century

Napoléon III pedestal desk, late 19th century.
Restored in our workshop to perfect condition (master cabinetmaker, graduate of the École Boulle with 33 years of experience).
The façade opens with one central drawer and two doors, each opening onto three drawers (six in total).
Marquetry in elm burl and mahogany.
Fine bronze mounts on the doors and escutcheons.
The two pull-out leaves on either side extend the writing surface.
Leather top replacement available on request — please ask for a quote.
The desk can be dismantled for transport.
