Description

This charming small cabinet, crafted in rosewood, mahogany and rosewood marquetry, captivates with its bowed body and gracefully flowing lines, hallmarks of the Louis XV style. Entirely decorated with floral marquetry in precious woods, it displays a subtle interplay of contrasts and nuances that highlights the refinement of its artisanal craftsmanship. The façade, articulated by three drawers seamlessly integrated into the curve of the piece, is adorned with finely chiselled gilt bronze mounts, including handles and corner escutcheons, which lend brilliance and distinction to the whole. The piece rests on graceful cabriole legs terminating in bronze sabots, giving it a light and elegant bearing. Crowned by a moulded veined black marble top, this bedside cabinet harmoniously combines decorative refinement with functionality, offering a distinguished presence in any classic or contemporary interior.
