Napoléon III gilt wood salon suite
Louis XV style salon suite in gilt wood, Napoléon III period, comprising a canapé, two fauteuils and four chairs. The upholstery is in excellent condition (recently redone), though some loss of gilding is present (see photos). Very fine quality cabinetmaking and carving; the suite retains its original patina.
