Lucien was PILLOT Giacomotti student at the Ecole des Beaux Arts de Besançon and L BONNAT in Paris.
Professor at the Ecole des Beaux Arts de Besançon, it is member of the SAF in 1908.
The Museum of Fine Arts of Besançon has many of his works.
Influenced by Puvis de Chavannes and the Nabis L PILLOT treats light in a remarkable way and dress the nature and landscapes of incomparable atmosphere.
This winter landscape provides a very realistic light.
