Transition-Style Semainier

Transition-style semainier, late 19th – early 20th century, with canted corners. Veneered in rosewood with tulipwood veneer framing the drawers and green-tinted stringing. Oak carcass and back. Opens to reveal seven drawers, each adorned with foliate decoration. Upper stiles decorated with a bronze drop mount. Raised on cabriole legs. Topped with a Brèche d'Alep marble slab.
