Small Louis-Philippe period mahogany buffet with marble top
Elegant small Louis-Philippe period buffet in mahogany and flame mahogany veneer, opening by a frieze drawer and two front doors revealing a storage space with an interior shelf.
The interiors are in oak, carefully finished and glazed.
The façade is enhanced by beautiful flame-grained panels framed by understated mouldings, characteristic of furniture from the first half of the 19th century. It rests on two ball feet at the front and is topped with an original grey marble slab.
Its harmonious proportions allow it to fit easily in an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room or a bedroom.
Period: Louis-Philippe, circa 1840–1850
